Results
3/5 participants completed the practice in the 7 day meditation challenge. Therefore the success rate for the usage of the app is at 60%
Nirvana
The Nirvana application helps the user practice meditation daily with respect to the time the user can offer each day. Variable rewards are provided at different intervals throughout the app to entice the user to revisit. The primary function is to inculcate a new habit in their daily routine without having to see it as a burdensome addition.

Plotting on a risky assumption matrix
To figure out which of all the features in the app could be the top 3 riskiest assumptions that I made as a creator, I plotted all the features of the app into a risky assumptions diagram. The top right corner of the chart determines those assumptions which are most detrimental to the app.

The users sent a picture back to indicate the completion of the practice.

Some good feedback too!

Validation study
I created an sheet to keep track of the participation of the users over a course of 7 days, sending them daily nudges to complete their practice. The following are the results of their participation on a daily basis and the overall percentage of their involvement.

Usability testing summary

During the session, participants were asked to complete a set of tasks on the app while their interactions were recorded and their feedback was collected. After the testing session, participants were asked to complete a post-test survey to provide additional feedback on their experience.
Overall, participants enjoyed the app’s design and found it to be clean and easy to access. They appreciated the minimalist layout and the use of clear headings and labels to guide them through the different sections of the app.
During the testing session, participants were able to complete the tasks assigned to them with ease. They found the app’s navigation to be intuitive and easy to understand, and they appreciated the consistent design across the app. Participants also praised the app’s use of visuals, which they found to be engaging and informative.

Next steps
I listed down the actionable ‘next steps’ that I will take based on the user feedback to improve the application. The following were notable highlights from the study.

Simplify the interface - Some users found the app overwhelming, with too much text to read. Considering simplifying the interface by reducing the amount of text and using more images to convey information.
Make the skip button more visually appealing - Some users thought the skip button looked off. Consider redesigning the skip button to make it more visually appealing.
Reduce the size of the skip button - Some users thought the skip button was too large compared to the other buttons. Consider reducing the size of the skip button to make it more proportionate with the other buttons.
Shorten contextual copy - Some users felt that the contextual copy was too long. Consider shortening the contextual copy to make it more concise.
Add progress bar for rewards - Several users felt that a progress bar for rewards would be helpful to track progress. Consider adding a progress bar to the rewards page to show users how close they are to unlocking rewards.
Clarify how to navigate to the store - Some users found it unclear how to navigate to the store. Consider making it more clear how to access the store, perhaps by adding a button or icon on the home screen.
